Our Story

Kitchen Table Nutrition Communications comes from a common desire to turn complex nutrition information into practical, real life advice.

We met working for a large company where we shared responsibility for nutrition writing and educational resources development for a national team of Registered Dietitians. While watching us edit a document in a meeting, a colleague exclaimed “it’s like you can read each other’s minds!”. We have our own unique shorthand that allows us to communicate quickly and effectively to get the job done. We often work virtually, each sitting at our kitchen table but it’s even more fun when we get to sit at the same kitchen table to brainstorm, create, eat and laugh.

We share a passion for food and cooking and love to prepare delicious meals to enjoy at our kitchen tables. There are some things we’ll just never agree on, like runny egg yolks, whether potatoes are better mashed or roasted or if raisins belong in cookies. But our shared brain agrees that healthy eating should always be simple, easy and delicious.
